  • Drain crushed pineapple and reserve juice.
  • Prepare Jell-O as instructed using the pineapple juice. Chill in freezer till slightly gelled.
  • Remove and whip in softened cream cheese. Fold in whole cranberries, drained pineapple and Cool Whip. Refrigerate till firm.
