  • Combine the pears, apples, bananas, strawberries and grapes. Add lemon juice and toss.
  • Blend together the cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; add the fruit and pretzels. Fold together.
  • Serve immediately with Cool Whip or refrigerate until chilled.

    I made this recipe with a few changes. I only used strawberries, pineapples, and bananas. I also left out the pretzels because I just didn't think that would be good. Overall all the salad had good taste, definetly on the sweet side but I thought the tartness of the fresh strawberries kinda evened it out. I did run into one problem, though. After I mixed the strawberry cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla together, the whole thing turned tan color. Who wants to eat tan color salad?? I added some red food dye to it and that managed to turn it pink and make it ok.
