  • Preheat oven 425°F. Put chicken into baking dish and season with Morton Nature’s Seasons.
  • Clean and slice portobello mushrooms, place on top of chicken, and the same with the onions. Smother in cream of mushroom soup, top with cheese.
  • Bake for 1 hour.

    This is great with chicken breasts or with chicken pieces - my kids like the legs! I added some regular mushrooms and some fresh sage too. Really great and the kids loved it. Thanks.
