  • Bake cake according to directions in a 9x13 baking dish or pan.
  • While cake is hot, poke holes in it with a large meat fork. Pour Eagle Brand Milk evenly over the cake and let soak in for a few minutes. Then pour can of cream of coconut over the top and refrigerate till cool.
  • Ice with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. This is absolutely divine.

Notes

This cake keeps in the refrigerator very well and can be made ahead of time.
