  • Open can of mushroom soup and spoon into pot. Add half a can of water to the soup mixture. Add sherry cooking wine to taste. Cook over medium heat until hot. Remove from burner and set aside.
  • Heat skillet to medium and add the olive oil. Add pork chops to skillet and brown on both sides. When cooked through, drain the olive oil and set pork chops back in skillet.
  • Add soup mixture to skillet and let pork chops and soup cook together for 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Make rice as directed on package. Spoon rice onto plate and add pork chop mixture on top of rice. Eat and enjoy!!
