  • Clean and cut the chicken. In a 13x9 inch baking dish, add the cream of mushroom soup to the milk and the rice. Mix well and lay the chicken on top of the rice mixture, Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • After the 45 minutes is up, take dish out of the oven and uncover. Mix the bread crumbs or crushed crackers with the parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the chicken.
  • Place dish back in the oven uncovered for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through and rice is tender. Remove and serve immediately.

Special Equipment Needed


If you choose to substitute the crackers for the breadcrumbs, just mix in some dried parsley, oregano or Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic and onion powder. I really like the crackers better that bread crumbs. They are also great for breading chicken.
