  • Line two 8 inch pie dishes with refrigerated pie crusts. In mixing bowl combine prepared gravy, thawed veggies, chicken pieces, and melted cream cheese.
  • Evenly spread mixture into both pie plates. Spread cheddar cheese over top of the filling. Top with mashed potatoes.
  • Cook on top rack of oven for about 30 minutes or until edges of crust are a golden brown.

Notes

I sometimes use the bags of frozen potatoes that you steam in microwave. I'll use 2 bags - 1 bag per pie. I sometimes use the frozen already cut chicken strips already thawed out.
