This was my mom's recipe. As a young teen she would serve them at potlucks and cookouts. She taught me how to make them. I have tweaked the recipe some by adding the whites to the yolk and using more than just yellow mustard. Now when we have a family event I'm the deviled egg do-er in the family. lol I've made this so much that I normally just eat the spread on some crackers as a quick lunch or as an egg sandwich.
