  • Preheat the oven to 350. In large pan, cook chicken until done. Add dry taco seasoning and cook according to directions. Add 1/2 jar of salsa, 1/2 container of sour cream, and 1/2 the pkg. of Kraft Mexican shredded cheese. Stir unil blended and bubbly.
  • Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam cooking spray. Place chicken mixture in shells, and roll, place in pan seam-side down. Continue until mixture is gone. If there is extra sauce in the pan, pour over top of shells in pan.
  • Top the shells with the 1/2 jar of taco sauce, sour cream and the rest of the Kraft Mexican cheese. Sprinkle with black olives. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Special Equipment Needed


If you like your enchiladas extra goopy, add a little more of your favorite ingredients.
