  • Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, onions, peppers, tomatoes, dressing, and salt & pepper. Mix well and cook until chicken and onions start to brown, stirring frequently.
  • Add green beans; cook until beans are warmed through, but still crisp. Add cooking creme, chickpeas and pasta. Mix well to coat the entire dish with sauce.
  • Heat through and mix feta cheese in right before serving.

Notes

Goes nicely with biscuits and sliced apples on the side. Don't like bell peppers, onions or tomatoes? Substitute a vegetable you like better, like sliced mushrooms. This recipe is very versatile and is good for using up leftover veggies. Want your recipe to be saucier? Add a few dollops of sour cream and a tablespoon of milk.
