  • Cook pasta according to directions. When pasta is done, add broccoli cleaned and cut up to the water with the pasta. Cover for (1) minute. Drain, run cool water through and let sit in till cool.
  • Chop onion and bell pepper. Set aside while you make the dressing. I like to mix dressing in the pot I just emptied the pasta out of. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and add milk and whisk till smooth, add pkgs. of Good Seasons Italian Dressing. Whisk in vinegar and sugar until smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta and broccoli and mix together. Add the chopped peppers and onions and then the cheese and pepperoni. Mix until all ingredients are covered with dressing.

Special Equipment Needed

I made this recipe up myself years ago and it is now a family favorite at every picnic or get together. My kids beg me to make it for dinner all the time. I get asked for the recipe all the time. I used to just throw the ingredients together never measuring, but since so many people asked, I worked on keeping measurements. I made it because I always loved Pasta Salad, but I hated when it would get dry after sitting for a bit. This seems to stay moist and tasty until the bowl is empty.
