  • Have linguini boiling while veggies and shrimp are heating. Make sauce in last few minutes.
  • 1. Place 1/2 stick of butter in a skillet. Once butter has melted add onions, broccoli, red pepper and halved snow peas. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes until veggies are starting to get hot.
  • 2. Add shrimp to the skillet and stir to mix in. While all of the ingredients in the skillet combine and heat have the pot to make sauce in heated and ready to go once you add the shrimp.
  • 3. In pot for sauce place the heavy cream, remaining butter, and a good amount of white pepper (for taste). Once butter is mostly melted add parsley or other herbs for taste.
  • 4. Combine sauce with veggies and cook for only about another minute.
  • 5. Serve veggies and sauce mixture over linguini.

Special Equipment Needed


Be Carefull to have the stuff for the sauce ready to go and the pot hot enough that you can get it done in a couple minutes once you put the shrimp in the skillet. Haveing the sauce get done quicker means you don't have to wait for it and overcook the veggies making them too soft.
