  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • 2. Mix together the cheeses, sour cream, garlic, basil, and salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
  • 3. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and drained spinach.
  • 4. Scrape into prepared baking dish and may sprinkle the top with extra cheese.
  • 5. Bake in preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with French bread, mini toasts, bagel chips, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
