  • 1) Prepare 4 chicken breasts for baking (remove extra fat, wash well, and paper towel dry; lightly salt and pepper chicken breasts).
  • 2) Turn oven to 350 and lightly spray Pam on metal cake pan.
  • 3) Place chicken breasts in metal round cake pan (chicken should be next to each other, not on top of each other).
  • 4) In separate bowl mix cream of mushroom soup and white wine. If sauce is too thick, add a little water. If you like the sauce thicker, you can always add more cream of mushroom soup.
  • 5) Pour sauce over chicken breasts and bake 30 minutes (test chicken breasts to make sure they are fully cooked).
  • 6) Remove and place chicken breasts on plates. Place slice of baby Swiss or Swiss cheese over each chicken breast.
  • 7) Pour extra heated sauce remaining in cake pan over chicken breasts. Enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed


Consider having cooked egg noodles or rice under chicken breasts. Serve with bright green vegetables such as steamed broccoli (for color). You can also add garlic powder to chicken breasts if you desire. Serve with a glass of white wine (or if you want a stronger wine taste, consider adding more wine to sauce). This tastes so amazing and it so easy to make!
