  • In large deep pan with lid, LIGHTLY brown both sides of pork chops. Slice bell peppers and onions into ring shapes, add peppers. When adding onions separate slices into single rings by pressing in middle of slice they come apart very easily.
  • Pour both cans of tomatoes over all. Place lid over pan and SIMMER until peppers and onions are tender.
  • While simmering prepare rice as directed on box. Can salt and pepper rice to taste. I usually cook with out salt and let those who prefer it season their own. Serve Creole sauce over rice with chops on the side. Offer hot sauce for extra spice if desired.

I usually serve this with a salad. This makes a nice balanced meal.
