  • Dissolve yeast in warm water and add salt. Melt margarine in milk, cool. (I microwave about 2 minutes). In large mixing bowl, stir together eggs and sugar. Add cooled milk mixture then add yeast mixture. Add flour and use dough hook to make dough, knead 10 minutes.
  • Place in greased bowl, let double, punch down and let rise again. Punch down and let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough into quarters, roll each quarter into a 10-12 inch circle. Cut dough like a pie into 12 pieces, roll wide end up and place on greased cookie sheets. Let rise.
  • Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

Amount of flour varies, add just enough so dough isn't sticky.
