  • Marinate the chicken breasts in the Italian dressing for at least 2 hours (for full flavor, marinate overnight in the refrigerator).
  • Preheat the oven to 400*F. If using the croutons, crush until no lumps appear. Remove the chicken from the dressing and coat in the croutons.
  • Place on a lightly sprayed baking sheet. Add a light spray to the top of the chicken to add a crisp to it. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.

When I serve this meal, I almost always serve it with Kraft shells and cheese, corn, and a creamy garlic cheese potatoes. To make the garlic cheese potatoes, prepare the mashed potatoes as usual (instant potatoes work just as well). Melt 3 TBSP of butter in a sauce pan. Prepare a clove of garlic by removing the skin. Then press the garlic into the sauce pan with the butter. Cook over medium low heat until garlic is tender. Add to the potatoes and stir well. Add parmesan cheese to taste.
