  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line the baking pan with foil. Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and garlic salt.
  • Coat the pork chops with the Miracle Whip. Crush the sour cream and onion chips. After the pork chops are coated then sprinkle the crushed chips onto the pork chops. Put the pork chops in the foil-lined pan and place in the oven with a lid for 35 minutes.
  • Cook the rice like directed on the box while the pork chops are cooking. Cook whatever vegetable you would like also.
  • Take the lid off of the pan and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Green beans, corn, boiled squash all make good vegatables to go along with it.
