Very stress free recipe.
Worcestershire is very over powering. I had to doctor up the broth before we could eat it. I would not recommend.
This was ok. However, for a stew I like a thicker, gravy type sauce. This was just another way to make a moist steak w/vegetables. I also added many more vegetables ie. onion, mushrooms, celery, and green pepper. Next time I will strain the juice & make a gravy to serve with the meal.
