made it for supper with guests, they all loved it. will not use the water the next time just to have thicker gravy. Flavor was wonderful and the meat very tender. I put the meat in raw.
I cut this recipe in half as there is just the two of us. The gravy was very thin and didn't have much taste. I cooked it for the four hours that the recipe called for.
It was just passable, nothing more.
