  • Slice croissants in half lengthwise. Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour into a shallow dish. Dip croissant halves into egg mixture, coating well.
  • Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add croissant halves and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining halves.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar; top with whipped cream, if desired, and fresh sliced strawberries. Drizzle with strawberry syrup.


Great Breakfast Idea!!! It's French toast but with a little twist. My whole family LOVED it. Receipe was obtained from "Southern Living" Magazine May 2005.
