This recipe is from an old Jell-O cookbook--probably late 60s. My mother used to make this for Father's Day or 4th of July cookouts. It's cold and refreshing. Always makes a fabulous presentation because when you cut it, the "jewels" are seen. Original recipe calls for orange, cherry, lime Jell-O, but you can substitute for your favorite--definitely want variety of flavors/colors.
