  • Mix in bowl, cooked chicken, celery, pineapple, onion, Velveeta, and pimento. Stir in the Miracle Whip.
  • Spoon mixture into a 9x11 casserole, sprayed with oil spray. Sprinkle noodles on top.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

This recipe was developed by my sister when she worked in Kraft's Test Kitchens when it was located downtown Chicago at Peshtigo Court in late 60's. We have enjoyed it ever since! I usually cook my own chicken breasts or use cooked chicken from my freezer. I also keep sauteed red pepper in the freezer and use in place of the pimento. I think this would work with light Miracle Whip.
