  • Thinly slice all vegetables, except green beans (leave them whole) and add to slaw mix in a large bowl.
  • Toast sesame seeds and almonds, crush ramen noodles, discard flavor package. Just before serving, add nuts and noodles, toss all with dressing. YUM!!!

Notes

Discard flavor package because it is so high in sodium. Salad can be prepared a day ahead, up to the point of adding noodles, nuts and dressing. Much healthier way to have coleslaw, and has a great taste with or without the ramen noodles.
