  • Heat up a pan while dicing the bacon, potatoes, onions and tomato. First add the bacon to the pan and stir it so it wont stick (do not add oil to the pan). Wait for the bacon to cook for maybe 4 minutes.
  • Then add the potatoes and a pinch of salt. Stir it well and cover the pan with a lid. Check the potatoes and bacon and feel to see if the potatoes are getting tender. If they are then you add the onions and tomato and stir VERY well!! Make sure nothing sticks to the pan or burns!
  • Uncover the food and add salt to your liking. Let it continue cooking until the potatoes and bacon are browned! When you see this, just simply turn of the flame and ENJOY!
