  • Chop the cucumber, mozzarella and tomatoes into bit size pieces and put into large bowl.
  • Chop the fresh basil leaves and add to the bowl along with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  • Add garlic salt, to your taste and mix well. Serve!

Notes

This usually needs a pretty good amount of garlic salt. This is also good without the fresh basil.
