  • Peel cucumber and cut into bite size chunks. Chop tomato, discard as many of the seeds as possible. Peel onion and cut in half, slice thin slices off one of the halves, add to taste.
  • Place all veggies in a medium bowl; stir in Italian dressing to cover veggies (or to your taste.) Eat immediately, or refrigerate tightly covered for future use.

Notes

Salad is best when chilled, so that flavors have an adequate amount of time to blend. You may use any type of Italian dressing, I choose to use the light type.
