  • First, preheat oven to 200. Take out the pork cops, and if frozen, let them thaw. Once thawed you must rinse them off and put them in a large 10 by 10 pan {spread out evenly}.
  • Then evenly sift all of the following on the fronts and backs of the porkchops:
  • {in this order}
  • 1. seasoning salt
  • 2. Completa
  • 3. salt and pepper
  • 4. curry powder
  • Put a 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil in an already hot skillet {medium heat). Then add the pork chops and cook them until they are brown on both sides.
  • Once they are browned, take the pork chops out of the skillet. Place them in oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!


*Despite the curry powder, the pork chops WILL NOT be spicy. I guarantee it.
