  • 1. Chop 1-4 potatoes in cubes, put them in a microwaveable dish and add water with them to cook them. Approx 4-6 minutes.
  • 2. Get a large pot and put it on the stove.
  • 3. Add a can of Campbell's potato soup.
  • 4. Turn on stove to medium heat and slowly add milk and water, while stirring. Try to make sure the sauce isn’t lumpy.
  • 5. Add some water any time if it starts to burn or becomes too pasty.
  • 6. Put the potatoes in the pot.
  • 7. Optional- add cooked chopped carrots and/or cooked chicken.
  • 8. Add curry, mustard seed, dill, tandoori, cumin, and thyme to the pot.
  • 9. Let the soup cook for a while, 5 minutes or so, till hot- test it.
  • 10. Stir in the grated cheese, till it melts.
  • 11. Add chives.

Special Equipment Needed


Any other spices can also be added to this if they go well with the soup. This is my favourite soup, it is what I created after looking at many soup recipes and combining some good ingredients together.
