This is a 2 part recipe. I usually fix the chicken on an electric skillet on med. so to be sure not to over cook. Meanwhile I am "cutting" the noodles into the boiling water. But be careful when doing so because if a noodle plops too much into the water, it will splash up on you & possibly burn your hand.
A finished noodle is approx. 1 - 1 1/2 inches long & approx. 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick.
The chicken mixture is a really rich mixture. My family usually dips too much . . . you fill up pretty quick.
SIDE SUGGESTION: Broccoli / Green Beans / Steamed Asparagus (anything green) & bread. Makes a good leftover!
