  • Mix BBQ sauce, ketchup and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix well with a big spoon. It does get sticky, but well worth it. Put in fridge for later.
  • Spray inside of roaster pan with non-stick spray. Cook pork steaks/chicken at 300 degrees for about half an hour or until there is no pink, make sure it is covered.
  • When there is no pink, pour BBQ sauce you made earlier, over the pork steaks/chicken. Bake for 3-4 hours at 300 degrees.
  • Make sure to rotate the pork steaks/chicken every so often to avoid sticking on the bottom of the roasting pan and it helps the meat to absorb the sauce.
  • Serve on platter; pour extra sauce over top of pork steaks.

Best if served with mashed potatoes. I use extra sauce as a gravy and serve carrots and buttered noodles for the rest of the meal.....This sauce is so wonderful tasting, a local bar&grill uses it when they serve ribs and chicken.
