  • Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bowl or pie pan mix well. Put bread crumbs in another bowl. Whisk the eggs and water together in another bowl.
  • Heat deep fryer to 350°F. Roll the pickles in the flour, a few at a time, drop them in the egg wash, and then into the bread crumbs -- coat well.
  • Drop chips in the oil; make sure to keep them separated. Cook for 2-3 min. till golden brown. Drain and serve with whatever dipping sauce sounds good, ranch maybe. ENJOY!!

    The pickles turned out just like the ones I've had a at restaurant. I used Crisco shortening instead of vegetable oil to fry them. Thank you!
