  • Put eggs in pot and completely cover with water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Let the eggs sit for 20 minutes. Immediately put the eggs in cold water and let sit for 20 minutes. Peel eggs under running cool water. Slice eggs into halves. Remove yolk and put aside in mixing bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork until most of the lumps are out. Salt and pepper to taste. Add Miracle Whip and brown mustard. Mix well.
  • Fill egg halves with mixture (I put the mixture in a Ziploc baggie and cut the end off like decorating a cake - it makes the deviled eggs look nice and neat). Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate or serve immediately. Better if refrigerated.

Special Equipment Needed


I absolutely love deviled eggs. I make them for my dinner at times. You can also add relish or chopped pickles. Definetly use brown mustard! It is spicy and has a "kick" to it. If you do not like spicy deviled eggs, decrease the amount of mustard and increase the amount of Miracle Whip.
