I've loved tuna and cheese ever since I was a kid, and this is a simple recipe for either lunch or dinner. For lunch, I serve it with potato chips. For dinner, I serve it with French fries or a salad. It looks appetizing, is tasty, and filling. My motto is "keep it simple." Limit the number of ingredients you use, so you always have the basics for simple dishes on hand. To me, successful cooking means mastering a certain number of dishes well, and not trying to be a "jack-of-all-trades" in the kitchen.
