  • Cut peppers, onions and chicken in to 2 inch cubes. Start with mushroom on end of each kabob skewer and alternate meat, onion, and peppers. (I alternate the colored peppers in each skewer).
  • Place in dish and cover with Italian dressing and season with Season All to taste. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • In meantime, heat grill on high. After 30 minutes, lower heat on grill to medium and place kabobs on, turning every 5-7 minutes to avoid burning. Cook about 20 minutes or until chicken is white.


I serve this with baked potatoes made on the grill with onion and garlic powder and roasted corn on the grill with butter, salt and pepper and it makes a great meal with little clean up. My family loves this meal and so do friends when we have parties.
