  • Cut both top and bottom of onion to make a flat surface. Cut one flat side in an X pattern, roughly 1/4" into the onion.
  • In the crosshairs (middle of that X) cut out a small enough section to place the bouillon cubes. Place butter on top of bouillon cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap onion in foil or place in an onion baker.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 until you see that the onion is tender. Open up foil and place Kraft Provolone Cheese then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and either bake for another 5 minutes or broil until browned.


Serves 1 or cut in half for 2.
