I like to get the beef ribs with just a little fat on them.
The prep time on these is short, but the bake time is loooong. It's totally worth it though. I didn't list the exact amounts for anything as it varies on your tastes. I love spicy stuff, but play with your favorite spices and see what works best for you. What's important is the bake times, that's what makes the ribs fall off the bone.
