  • Heat tortillas in dry skillet until lightly brown, set aside. Half cheese slices, place on tortillas in a line, two halves per tortilla.
  • Mix eggs, salt, pepper, and milk, beat until smooth. Cook bacon till very crispy and brittle. Place bacon strips directly on top of cheese slices, one strip per tortilla.
  • Cook egg mixture until lightly brown. Divide cooked eggs and place on top of bacon. Roll burritos, then place burrito seem-side-down on a plate. Microwave both burritos 30 seconds to melt cheese. Enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed


Rolling the burrito is much easier if you line everything up on one side towards the top, and roll by folding the bottom up and then rolling, starting on the side with the cheese, eggs, and bacon.
