  • Brown ground beef, strain fat. Add sour cream, refried beans, taco seasoning to beef over med-low heat. Mix together until well blended.
  • Spoon mixture into flour tortillas and roll up like a burrito. Place all in 9x13 pan. Cover burritos with enchilada sauce and top with cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.


You can substitute shredded cooked chicken instead of beef and omit the beans. Optional add-ins: chopped green pepper and onion.

    I used fat free just about everything except the cheese and it was great! Also added onion and minced garlic to the meat.
