  • Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Return meat and add cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and green chilies to skillet. Heat mixture for about 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cut tortillas twice to make triangles. Spray 9x13-inch casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place one layer or tortillas on the bottom of the pan. When sauce is ready, pour half of meat mixture into pan. Add a layer of shredded cheese. Add another layer or tortillas to the pan and top with rest of meat mixture and cheese again.
  • Place in 350 degrees F oven about 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Special Equipment Needed


Good sides to go with the meal would be refried beans, Spanish rice, and buttered flour tortillas.
