Use Turkey burger instead of Hamburger.
Use Ricotta cheese instead of Cottage cheese.
This will take a lot more time but it's classy and individual serving size.
Cook the burger with meat sauce and noodles. Lay out the noodles on a flat working surface, spoon a little cottage cheese, meat sauce and cheeses 3/4 the way down on top of noodle. Roll the noodle up starting with ingredient end making sure ingredients stay inside. Place in 9x11 pan with noodle seam down. Top with any remaining meat sauce and cheeses. Bake.
