  • Brown hamburger, pour on spaghetti sauce, simmer. Boil noodles for 15 minutes, rinse in cold water so they don't stick. Preheat your oven to 350 deg. Grate or shred the cheeses but keep separate.
  • Pour a little sauce in bottom of 9 x 11 pan. Layer 3 noodles across the bottom. Spread 1/3 cottage cheese very thin. Spread 1/3 meat sauce over noodles and sprinkle 1/3 white cheese and 1/3 yellow cheese. Start all over with noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce, white and yellow cheese. One more layer with noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce, white and yellow cheese.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

Ingredient Variations: Use Turkey burger instead of Hamburger. Use Ricotta cheese instead of Cottage cheese. Serving variations: This will take a lot more time but it's classy and individual serving size. Cook the burger with meat sauce and noodles. Lay out the noodles on a flat working surface, spoon a little cottage cheese, meat sauce and cheeses 3/4 the way down on top of noodle. Roll the noodle up starting with ingredient end making sure ingredients stay inside. Place in 9x11 pan with noodle seam down. Top with any remaining meat sauce and cheeses. Bake.
