  • Mix 1/2 of the barbeque sauce with all other ingredients except cheese.
  • Fill muffin or popover tins 1/2 full with meat mixture. Add one or two cubes of cheese and fill with remaining mixture. "Frost" with remaining barbeque sauce.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350°F.

Notes

My kids love the cheesy surprise in the middle of this recipe and I never have trouble getting them to eat their meatloaf!

    Very good..family loved it.

    Very good recipe and super easy! I used ther onions and bell pepper but not the peas or corn. I also used stove top stuffing for pork. Definitely will make again!
