  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Combine soup, water, garlic and onion powders, mixing well.
  • In a large bowl, add baking mix, soup mixture, and cooked sausage, stirring to combine (mixture will be quite thick).
  • Spoon into muffin tins and bake for 10-15 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. Serve either warm or at room temperature.

Notes

2 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos may be added for extra spice. May be frozen in a freezer bag for 1 month and then reheated in the microwave.

    Great idea! I followed the recipe the first time. Then tried with cream of mushroom soup and added a small can of sliced mushrooms to the sausage. Yum!
