  • On chicken breast, lay 1 slice ham, and 1 slice cheese, roll up - (can use tooth pick to hold if needed). Continue with next four breast in same manner.
  • In dish, whisk eggs. Pour bread crumbs in another dish. In skillet, add 1/4 cup oil for browning and heat to medium. Roll stuffed breasts in egg, then bread crumbs, and fry till golden (couple minutes).
  • Lay golden breasts in casserole dish and pour soup over top. Bake 375°F for about 40 minutes.


You can substitute Swiss for a favorite of yours, and mushroom soup for your favorite, or even your favorite sauce. Be creative. This serves well with green beans and mashed potatoes.

    Wonderful! I made my own sauce of 1 cup miracle whip and 3/4 honey dijon mustard. I seasoned the bread crumbs with cajun seasoning and parmesan cheese. Definitely a restaurant style meal.

    It was really good! I used cream of chicken with some added parsley and chicken bullion. I will definitely make this again.
