  • Cook chopped up chicken breast with a little seasoning to taste. Let chicken cool. Mix together sour cream, olives, chilies, salsa and cream of mushroom soup together. When chicken is cool, add to sour cream mixture. Put in about half a cup of grated cheese.
  • Put the mixture in the middle of the tortilla anyway you like. Put in a deep glass pan that is wide enough for your rolled tortillas. When you have the pan full, put as much cheese as you prefer on top.
  • Cook in a 350°F oven till cheese is melted on top. Let cool for a few minutes, place on plate and enjoy!

Notes

I have made this for many people and they all love it and ask me to make it all the time or they call for the recipe. It is a great thing to reheat and eat for lunch or any time. The mixture itself if covered can last a long time in the fridge letting you cook one at a time if you would like. Hope you enjoy this as much as we do!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family LOVED this pizza. My family LOVED this pizza. I used a premade thin crust I got from the store the crust turned out crispy and perfect. I also used a pre-cooked fajita chicken package I had found. I was in a rush and it tasted perfect as well. We made two pizza's and used the ranch and mayo on one and a chipotle sauce and we preferred the chipotle one had a bit more of a kick. I'm making this again tonight and I've been craving it all morning now. I can't wait for dinner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i did this with a twist. i did this with a twist. i made it cold. bake your dough. let it cool and top it with everything else (I used leftover chicken that i had grilled). a friend had a family member pass suddenly and i knew she would have lots of people coming by her home and i wanted to make something that she would not have to fuss with. it was like the veggie pizza except better.

He gave me the thumbs up to make it again. I loved it as well. He's not a huge fan of ranch so I spread it thinner on his side, and did not drizzle any dressing on his side in the end. Overall, it was great. Thanks Kraft!

The only things I do differently than stated are to saute some onion to add to the pizza, and I am lazy so I use real-bacon, bacon bits instead of frying the bacon myself. Delicious, fast, easy recipe that the kids eat without complaint.

The only thing I changed was to marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce. My husband asked right away for me to make it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this! I love this!!! It was super easy to make. I boil 8- 10 chicken breasts at time and shred and freeze in 1- 1 1/2 cup portions. So this took like 15 minutes from start to finish. So easy and sooo yummy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING! AMAZING!!! I sauteed onions in left-over bacon grease and put them on-top of meat mixture for extra yummm ! I've made this recipe with ground beef, ground turkey and chicken - all ways it was fantastic.
