  • Add water in a large stock pan with chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add rice & cook 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, combine soup, cooked chicken, cooked rice, salt & pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed.
  • When well mixed & oven ready, pour mixture into 13x9 glass pan. Heat in oven for 30 minutes.
  • Take pan out (careful, it's hot!) & set aside. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top & put back into oven for another 10 minutes. When cheese is melted & heated thoroughly, it's ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Special Equipment Needed


I serve this about 3-4 times a month, at my family's request. I sometimes switch up the soup to cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, or cream of broccoli. I also sometimes add minced garlic to mixture before heating for a little bit of a garlic taste. I serve this with salad & some type of bread for a complete meal.
