  • All ingredients should be cut into bite size pieces, except onion which should be cut into thin slivers. Combine all ingredients into a large Ziploc bag and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Heat 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil in Wok. Add marinated chicken and vegetables to Wok and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Stir frequently. (Approximately 15-20 minutes)
  • Serve over cooked rice.

Special Equipment Needed


The chicken breasts can be substituted with 1 pound uncooked peeled shrimp. If using uncooked shrimp add to the wok about 7-10 minutes before serving. Shrimp should be pink when cooked. This recipe is based on serving 2 people. All ingredients can be increased based on the number you are serving. I occasionally make this dish on a George Foreman grill. Total cooking time about 15 minutes on the grill.
