I like to brown my roast and get it ready the night before. I put it in my refrigerator and the next morning before I go to work I take it out and put it in my crock-pot, when I get home in the evening my meal is ready. I either add potatoes and carrots when I get home, or make mashed potatoes and top them off with the gravy from the roast. This is the most tender juicy roast I've ever ate. There will be no need for a knife to eat this roast.
