  • First, peel eggs under cold running water.
  • Next, slice the eggs in half long ways and remove the yolk. The yolks should be a nice yellow color.
  • Then, put the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add Miracle Whip and yellow mustard then taste. Make sure it’s creamy.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Special Equipment Needed


If you want perfect boiled eggs every time, then follow these instructions: Cover eggs with water and bring slowly under a boil. Keep the eggs to just under a boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and put in ice cold water for 15 minutes. My eggs are a hit at every family gathering!!
