  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in saucepan. Add chopped onion and cook till tender. Remove from heat and add 1 Tbsp. of green chilies. In a medium bowl add cream cheese, chicken, onion, ground cumin, and 1 Tbsp. of milk. Mix until well blended.
  • Place 2-3 Tbsp. of mixture in each tortilla. Place tortillas in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan seam side down. In same bowl used for chicken mix, mix 1 cup of milk, cream of chicken soup, the rest of the green chilies, and sour cream together. Pour mix all over tortillas.
  • Bake tortillas, covered, for 35 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle cheddar jack cheese all over tortillas (no need to recover) and bake until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes). ENJOY!!!
